HAITRAC-GUSTO is a café and restaurant management division of HAITRAC Group , which is German company based in Berlin. Our founder and Chairman of the board Dr. Eng. Hany Azzam started his own business in food and bakery industry in 1990 in Egypt; he found the first and most innovative café and fast food shop in Mansoura City under name of SONESTA. Then in 1996 , he establish the first Italian food in altlandesberg city in Germany under the name of LA DOLCE VITA , and then he establish MARZANO restaurant in Berlin, followed by Bella Vita Cafe & restaurant in Berlin. In 2010, Dr. Hany Azzam establish the great organization BackBaron , which is the highest quality and most innovative fast food, bakery and café chain in Berlin metro stations, we are proud that we have chain consist of 23 branch and recently in first week of December 2014 we open the 24th branch.
